MIND PREP ACADEMY

Elevated Thinking. Inner Awareness. Mental Strength.

Mind Prep Academy exists to help anyone strengthen their mindset, elevate their awareness, and perform with greater clarity under pressure.

Founded by Richard Crimi, Mind Prep Academy was built from both frontline experience and personal transformation. It was created to address a gap that too often goes unspoken: while many organizations offer support after a crisis, very few provide practical mindset preparation beforehand. Mind Prep Academy was designed to change that by helping individuals and organizations develop the internal tools needed to navigate stress, adversity, leadership demands, communication challenges, and high-performance environments more effectively.

At its core, Mind Prep Academy teaches that mindset is not just motivation. It is the internal framework behind perception, response, resilience, leadership, and culture. Thoughts, beliefs, self-image, emotional patterns, and awareness all influence how a person performs and how a team functions. When those internal patterns are strengthened intentionally, the results ripple outward into morale, trust, communication, decision-making, accountability, and overall well-being.

Real readiness includes the mind.

Through training, speaking, and educational resources, Mind Prep Academy helps organizations build healthier cultures and helps individuals develop the awareness and discipline to respond rather than react, lead by example, and operate from strength instead of survival. This is mindset development with real-world application. Clear. Practical. Grounded. Transformational.

Mind Prep Academy is a complete mindset development ecosystem designed to help individuals strengthen their thinking, build internal awareness, and create lasting change in how they operate both on and off the job. This is not built around motivation or quick fixes, it is built around developing the skill of understanding and managing your thoughts in a real, practical way.

The book, What Are You Thinking?, introduces the foundation by bringing awareness to the patterns and habits that often go unnoticed. The course builds on that awareness by providing structure, guidance, and practical application, allowing individuals to begin actively working with their mindset. From there, training and speaking expand these principles into real-world environments, where they can be applied under pressure and in everyday situations.

Each piece is intentionally connected, forming a system that supports long-term growth rather than temporary change. Instead of consuming isolated information, individuals step into a process—one that develops clarity, strengthens mental resilience, and creates a deeper level of control over how they think, respond, and perform.
